چکیده

With the emergence of health related side effects synthetic substances, trend towards natural products has increased and directed researchers to determine their pharmacological properties. At same time, resistance microorganisms antibiotics used in treatment revealed that they should be controlled without allowing them gain resistance. In this study, total phenolic content, volatile composition antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-quorum sensing antitumor activities Prunella vulgaris, Sambucus nigra Calendula officinalis extracts were determined. The antioxidant capacity was determined by Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (TEAC) method, component analyses GC-MS, antimicrobial activity disc diffusion method. Chromobacterium violaceum 026 Agrobacterium tumefaciens A136 activity. Additionally, potential potato vulgaris plant with highest capacity, while extract against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923. results showed all have There a correlation between concentration tumor inhibition. found As result, it plants study alternative medicine can utilized for control microorganisms.
